In order to make the delivery of the products and services marketed and/or to reply to the information requested, Tecnología Galván will proceed to compile personal data, which will be processed pursuant to that established in the applicable regulation related to Personal Data Protection and other applicable standards. The data provided will be incorporated into an automated personal data file. In order for it to be possible to render the service, the customer expressly agrees to cede the personal data contained within the automated file for the exclusive purpose of preparing invoices, delivering orders and maintaining the commercial relationship.

The user gives his express and unequivocal consent for the data compiled for the purpose foreseen in the previous paragraph to be processed through the service provider contracted by Tecnología Galván.
