These decisions are taken when creating new production lines, and at the request of clients for subsequent modifications made to existing production lines that may or may not have been installed by Tehnología Galván.

The responsibilities of the engineers from the technical office include the following:

• Design and execution of installation plans.
• Calculation and sizing of the vats and of all the ancillary elements of the installation that require this.
• Coordination and execution of the work undertaken by the personnel of the company.
• Coordination of the civil works, when installations require this.
• Design of the electrical control panel and switchboard.
• Execution of the programming for automation comprising the following stages: development, simulation and launch.
• Resolution of client queries and provision of telephone and on-site support for clients who require it.
• Execution of corrections and updates of computer and automaton programs using a modem, without the need to travel to the site of the installation.
• Study of optimum materials and equipment for each project.
• Drawing up documentation on the machinery and ancillary elements of the installations.
• Provision of training courses on operating the machines.
